Purpose

Integrated Appointments

Has your team made their final selections? Instead of manually entering the new committee members into your AMS, allow our platform to push the new records over with a click of a button to save you time!

Impersonation

Can’t figure out the issue a customer is having? Admins can use our impersonate feature to log in as a customer and see what they are seeing. Making troubleshooting that much easier!

Easy Follow-Ups

With a built-in email engine, admins can generate emails to any list of individuals in the platform. Want to remind individuals who started the application but didn’t submit? Want to remind reviewers who are still working on their committees that a deadline is coming up? Volunteer Me© supports that and more.

Configurable Content

Need to add a new question to the process, or change the text on the page? As an admin you can manage any of those changes on your own without needing a developer to jump in.

Quick Reporting

No more VLookups across multiple spreadsheets! Having all applications and reviews in one place means that reporting just got a lot easier. With a click of a button, staff can see who applied, who was recommended, how many committees people are on, and so much more.

Centralized Reviews

No more wasting staff time reconciling spreadsheets – move your review process into a single platform where all the information is collected and stored in a single place so that pulling a list of all the reviews completed is a click of a button. No more spending hours of merging spreadsheets and reconciling information.

Flexible Review Configuration

Reviewers can be configured to automatically get assigned based on position, can be staff or volunteer leaders. It can also support a hierarchical review process, automating what may previously required an extensive manual review process.

Transparent Demographics

Reviewers see a clear breakdown of demographics between current members, the applicant pool, and who they have recommended. Putting these metrics front and center helps surface any hidden trends that may not be aligned with your fair selection process..

Thoughtful Review Questions

Provide a consistent set of questions for reviewers to answer on each applicant, making the overall evaluation more consistent.

Position Clarity

Members often have specific areas they feel they can contribute. Make the process intuitive by providing clean, clear criteria around each opportunity to ensure they apply for opportunities where they can be successful, and your association feels volunteers are making a meaningful contribution.

Streamlined Data

We don’t want Volunteer Me© to become a data silo, which is why we’ve built it to share data. Don’t ask members to enter data you already have, instead, we will configure it so member data automatically comes over when they log in.

White-Labeled Site

Your members, your association, your brand. The site will be configured to look and feel like your association’s website.

Configurable Content

You know how to talk to your members. That’s why we’ve made all the language on the site configurable by you. Change your mind about what you want it to say? We’ll show you how to make changes to your heart’s content.

Historical Information

By capturing year-over-year applications in our platform, you are able to see both current and past engagement. This allows you to engage members who may not be selected to ensure they don’t become frustrated by the process.

Intuitive Application

Bring all your volunteer opportunities into a single application process, making it easier for members to find the opportunities that are right for them.

Benefits:

• Streamlined Process – By having a common application, members only have to fill out general information once, while still providing specific information related to specific opportunities where appropriate
• Clear indication of progress – members are better able to anticipate the time needed to complete their application, or even come back to pick up where they left off with the ability to save their progress.
